Job Description
Value Plus Consulting is currently on the lookout for a meticulous Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and effective risk management. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis and PAYE preparations, collaborating with internal and external auditors to meet annual audit objectives, and timely remittance of PAYE and pension contributions.
Additional responsibilities encompass preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, overseeing receivables and payables, managing disbursements, and working closely with the HR department to finalize the monthly payroll schedule. Candidates should be prepared to handle other accounting tasks as directed by management.
