Job Description
Bay Creative Technologies and Services is currently seeking an experienced Accountant Manager to oversee our daily accounting operations and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in both hands-on accounting tasks as well as leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
