Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of accounting journals
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- Payment voucher processing
- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors ledger
- Management of Fixed Asset register
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Monitor and evaluate annual budget/ forecast
- Backing up data on the Accounting software
- Remittance of statutory deductions/ contributions (PAYE/ VAT/ WHT/ ITF/ NHF)
- Preparation of monthly Payroll
- Preparation of weekly management report
- Project Management Analysis
Qualifications & Skills:
· BSc. Accounting
· Professionally certified in ICAN/ CITN/ ACCA
· Minimum of 3 – 5 years cognate experience
· Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Sage Accounting
· Experience in the use of Microsoft packages
· Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
· Good analytical skills and attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
