Job Description
The Company is seeking to hire an Account Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for the full implementation of credit policy for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for daily receivables collection
- Follow up with sales representatives on aging customer debts and potential risks evaluation
- Coding of all transactions
- Supporting the Order to Cash Process, analyzing sales order releases, debt balance, credit balance checks, and days
- Support Credit Limit review and analysis with Marketing and Supply Chain
- DSO calculation and reporting for receivables
- Company Collections Bank account reconciliation review
- Conducting Weekly, Monthly, & Quarterly Cash inflow and outflow analysis. Monthly reporting of treasury reports
Education / Experience
- First degree (HND/BSc) in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience as a Credit Controller, Account Receivable Analyst, or finance officer
- Progress towards Completion or Completion of AAT Program or ICAN
Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in managing DSO, aging analysis, and optimizing Cash flow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service ethos and professional representation
Compensation N100,00 – N120,00 monthly net plus benefits
