Job Description

The Account Officer is responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, and financial tasks including updating records, data entry, report analysis, and inventory reconciliation.

Job Details:

• Provide accounting and clerical support.
• Update financial transactions daily.
• Manage sales and purchasing records.
• Interact with Customers on accounting matters.
• Assist company personnel and resolve discrepancies.
• Input accurate data into the database.
• Maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, statements, and reconcile accounts.
• Compile reports and function according to standards and laws.
• Update stock position daily.
• Improve job knowledge continuously.
• Ensure confidentiality of all accounting information.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Skills / Qualifications:

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of Accountant experience.
• Post-graduate/professional qualification is an advantage.
• ACCA or ICAN Certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Good decision-making and numerical accuracy.

Salary:

• N100,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
