Job Description
RevenStrat is a consultancy and advisory firm focused on helping startups and established enterprises navigate strategic challenges. We are seeking an Account Officer for our Lagos office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and resolve inquiries.
- Onboard new vendors through field visits.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
- Assist in growing the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SSCE; 1-2 years in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
