Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. The Account Officer will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring requisitions
- Overseeing receiving, processing, and packaging of supplied items
- Analyzing market prices of items
- Managing financial transactions and maintaining records
- Interfacing with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Providing financial data analysis and recommendations
- Participating in audits and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Collaborating with team members and departments
- Performing other accounting and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
