Job Description
Maventeq Systems is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
- Processing and recording transactions while maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Collaborating with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, and develop favorable repayment terms.
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing invoices, and managing client communications.
- Generating reports and obtaining information from other departments to ensure accuracy in accounts receivable.
- Researching and resolving any account discrepancies.
