Job Description
DANA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to become a vital member of our team. The successful candidate will handle various accounting tasks, including posting general ledger entries, preparing and reconciling bank statements, verifying invoice accuracy, and managing fixed assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate posting of general ledger entries.
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly bank statements.
- Verification of invoices for accuracy.
- Processing payment vouchers in compliance with company policies.
- Management of fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations.
Requirements: A BSc or HND in Accounting, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
