Job Description
Bukka Hut Restaurant is a fast-growing organization with almost 20 outlets in Lagos and cares greatly about our staff. We are seeking a dedicated Account Officer to join our Finance Department at our Lekki Phase 1, Lagos location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures and conduct regular cash counts
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Certifications: ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent is an advantage
