Job Description
To assist with the management of the school’s department and ensure efficiency with all monetary transactions, budget, and cost-saving measures.
MAJOR ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure bills and invoices are prepared according to the Rules and Regulations governing such.
- Issue receipt on all payments.
- Handling all banking transactions including reconciliation – Receipts
- Ensure proper recording of all transactions immediately they are made
- Debt Management/Control
- Assist in the preparation of cash flows and yearly budget
- Monitoring & Reconciliation expenditure against budget
- Liaise with the Admissions Office towards ensuring that all children are on the Bursary Records.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and filed (for easy referencing)
- Weekly report of activities
- Any other assignment as may be given from time to time.
Requirements:
- B Sc. / B. A / HND in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- ICAN Certificate required
