Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience, including 3-4 years in account management or customer success.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
