Job Description

Grooming Health Management Limited is a national HMO registered in Nigeria, committed to simplifying health insurance for the middle class through technology and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and implementation of cost-saving measures.
• Maintain financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise junior staff.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years accounting experience (healthcare preferred); 3 years insurance preferred.
• Proficient in financial software and Excel; chartered or final-stage candidate.

Full-time. Salary: ₦400,00–₦450,00/month. Benefits include health programs and professional development.
