Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and serving as the main point of contact for clients
- Understanding client needs and objectives to propose suitable solutions
- Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise
- Identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be familiar with customer relationship management software and have a proven track record in sales.
