Job Description
Career and Consult is currently in search of a driven B2B Account Manager to cultivate and enhance relationships with our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in B2B sales or client relationship management and will excel in a results-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor account performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in networking events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
