Job Description
Join Alfred & Victoria Associates as an Account Management Officer. In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions based on their needs. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, cross-selling, and upselling to increase revenue while maintaining exceptional client service.
Applicants should hold a BA/B.Sc Degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is essential. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
