Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company teams to provide software training to clients on how to use customized software applications
- Provide timely and thorough responses to clients’ inquiries and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify clients software issues and liaise with appropriate department to resolve them
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Participate in the presentation of the company’s ERP to prospective Clients
- Marketing drive of the Insurance ERP to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and practices
- IT Savvy, knowledge of ERP software
- Proven experience in customer Service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and with a team
