Job Description

5ivers Company LTD seeks a detail-oriented Account Clerk to support the finance team in daily bookkeeping and record maintenance. Core responsibilities include recording sales, expenses, and receipts; maintaining ledgers and accounting records; preparing bank deposit slips and performing cash reconciliations; assisting with account reconciliation, supplier invoice verification, and payment scheduling; filing invoices and receipts; and supporting payroll preparation and financial reporting.

Qualifications: basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books), strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high integrity. This is a full-time position.
