Job Description
We are seeking an Account Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with month-end close.
Required qualifications: an associate degree or diploma in accounting, at least one year of bookkeeping or accounting support experience, familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
