Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account and Admin Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collection.
  • Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and perform data analysis to support decision making.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
