Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our financial operations. The key responsibilities for this position include managing daily accounting functions, preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. Additionally, you will provide critical financial insights to assist management in decision-making and support budgeting and cost control efforts.
Applicants should hold a B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the property or real estate sector. A solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage, are essential. ICAN or ACCA certification is an advantage.
