Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Programs Coordinator to support our academy operations and learning programs. Responsibilities include assisting course development, coordinating schedules, managing LMS content, facilitating workshops, tracking learner progress, and communicating with instructors and participants. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in learning and development or education, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with LMS tools, basic content-creation or instructional-design experience, and careful attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
