Job Description
A Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various banking transactions. This includes processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and issuing cashier’s checks. It is crucial for Tellers to maintain accuracy in handling cash and to follow security procedures to prevent fraud.
Additionally, Tellers are expected to promote the bank’s products and services, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
