Job Description
Bright ICT Network, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking a Recruitment Assistant for their Lagos office on a full-time basis. The role involves assisting the HR officer in sourcing and selecting top talent. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, managing job adverts, scheduling interviews, handling HR-related tasks, and representing the HR Department at events.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in any discipline (HR degree is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with adaptability
- Demonstrated leadership and results-oriented
