Job Description
As a Telecollection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this role.
You will be required to handle a high volume of calls, update customer records accurately, and adhere to strict compliance guidelines. Previous experience in customer service or collections is preferred.
