Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon entry.
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies.
- Keep checkout area neat and tidy.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide product information and assistance.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
- Uphold high customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year cashier or related experience.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OND or ND equivalent.
- Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
