Job Description

The position will be responsible for stock management and reconciliation, management of pool cars and drivers within the organization, as well as management of incoming and outgoing consumable items for offices, sites, and life camps.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management and Reconciliation
  • Distribution of materials when the needs arise.
  • Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.
  • Processing of all invoices for prompt payment
  • Conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of office items
  • Filing & documentation
  • Handling email correspondence
  • Other administrative tasks assigned daily

Requirement:

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
  • Professional certification in NIM or related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years experience in a reputable organization
  • Strong Organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in office management software like MS Office
  • Good record-keeping/document-filing skills
  • Attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦130,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
