Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Development for Spiritual Development (L&D). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the spiritual development initiatives of our organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement programs that support the spiritual growth and well-being of our employees.
- Lead the development and execution of spiritual development programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate spiritual practices into our organizational culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking spiritual development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of spiritual development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
