Job Description
The SME Business Development Manager will establish and maintain strategic partnerships to scale up loan origination for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to grow SME portfolio, customer acquisition, and profitability
- Formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy
- Evaluate product features, profitability, and positioning
- Train Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
- Experience in delivering targets, reporting, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prospecting skills to convert large-scale customer relationships
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
You will not enjoy this job if you:
- Work best in structured, hierarchical settings
- Require clear, pre-set deliverables and constant direction
- Are accustomed to working with large teams
Salary: N250,00 – N550,00 monthly
