Job Description
- Draft, review, edit, interpret and advise on contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide legal guidance to management, staff, and clients.
- Conduct legal analysis and research on various organizational matters.
- Manage legal disputes and conflicts effectively.
