Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support internal communications best practices for corporate brand and communications strategy.
- Recommend sponsorship properties for financial and non-financial goals.
- Champion CR&S initiatives and lead sustainability programs.
- Utilize events for lead generation, brand equity growth, and enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on campaigns and projects for enterprise-wide success.
- Develop content, manage calendars, and uphold group CRS programs.
- Maintain information security and ensure IS Handbook policy compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional Certification preferred.
- Proficient in tech tools for internal marketing communications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with global CR&S policies and strategies.
- Strong oral and written communication, project management & stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
