Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create job postings, and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for various roles.
Your role will involve developing recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
