Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, a Fashion retail company in Ikoyi Lagos, is seeking a Business Manager to oversee store productivity and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating business operations
- Applying marketing strategies
- Ensuring quality customer service
- Developing store’s strategic positioning
- Supervising personnel training, motivation, appraisal, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in fashion business management
- Effective communication skills
- Cultural sensitivity
- Retail and sales knowledge
- Proficient with technology
- People management and leadership abilities
- Team leadership and delegation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month
