Job Description
Our Client, WorQulture, a Health Tech Company, seeks a Human Resource generalist to oversee all employee matters, shaping workforce success in Lekki Phase.
Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies
- HR Administration and on/offboarding
- Performance management and planning
- Training, policy formulation, and payroll
- Various HR tasks
Requirements:
- 3+ years HR experience
- Strong HR, ethics, and labour law knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in HR tools
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦250,00.00/month
