Job Description
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
You will review and analyze existing compensation structures, conduct market research to ensure competitive pay rates, and develop strategies for employee benefits packages.
In this role, you will collaborate with HR managers, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of employee compensation and benefits.
