Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at Don-Clem Technology, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of our next-generation video conferencing and social media applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both mobile and web development, with a strong focus on creating seamless and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for video conferencing and social media applications.
• Develop and maintain both mobile and web applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Implement and test robust and scalable backend services to support application functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to enhance application performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on video conferencing and social media applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, and/or Java.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with video streaming protocols and codecs.
• Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
