Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs. The successful candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of HR management experience.
