Responsibilities
- Perform call/email monitoring and provide feedback to agents
- Facilitate call training for staff
- Design call/email monitoring formats and quality standards
- Identify customer needs through listening programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Call Center Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and time management
