We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support our School Director. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

As a PA to the School Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the School Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the School Director.
• Coordinating and arranging travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Providing administrative support such as maintaining records and databases.
