Job Description
Position: Business Development Lead (Sales)
Location: Lekki Phase 1
- Demonstrable experience of generating clients in the Recruitment and staff outsourcing sector.
- Managing a team of sales employees, setting targets for revenue growth plus client acquisition & ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Creating & presenting compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Remuneration: N250,00 – N350,00 with official car (commission & other benefits)
