Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at KAIZEN CONSULT. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Lagos-based with remote work flexibility.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
