Job Description
The Inventory Manager oversees procurement, storage, and inventory management for the QSR. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to optimize the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reorder inventory to prevent shortages.
- Conduct audits for accuracy.
- Implement management systems for analysis.
Supplier Management
- Source suppliers with competitive pricing.
- Maintain relationships and address issues.
- Monitor performance and initiate improvements.
Cost Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze data to minimize waste.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory turnover ratio
