Job Description
- Seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to oversee all operations at our flagship property.
- Lead the management team to boost revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset protection.
Responsibilities
- Drive hotel revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Supervise all hotel operations and departments.
- Cultivate guest relationships for repeat business.
- Analyze performance reports to enhance KPIs.
- Create budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management (preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proficiency in revenue management and leadership.
- Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
