Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Outlet Accountant to join our team. As an Outlet Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include managing all financial aspects of our outlets, ensuring accuracy in financial record-keeping, and providing regular financial reports to the management.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records for the outlets, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for presentation to management.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for outlet staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
