Job Description
Duties:
- Updating Prunedge’s database with new employee information
- Assisting in gathering market salary data
- Helping in organization-wide event planning
- Preparing offer and rejection emails
- Developing recruitment materials
- Assisting in off-boarding processes
- Responding to HR-related inquiries
- Performing other required tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or similar field
- Proven HR intern experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Personable and friendly
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good at learning new skills
- Can maintain confidentiality
- Effective multitasker
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
