Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer hardware, including workstations, server, printers, and scanners.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting network connections.
- Assist in maintaining IT security by implementing and enforcing security policies, ensuring antivirus software is up-to-date, and educating users on security best practices.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, software licenses, etc.
- Be on call to respond to IT emergencies or outages, including evenings and weekends if necessary, to minimize downtime.
- Interact with IT vendors for support and procurement of hardware and software.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Cisco and Ubiquiti.
- Basic knowledge in cloud computing.
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the IT sector, preferably in hospitality.
