Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused hotel manager to oversee our hotel operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing personnel, monitoring budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, 3 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills.
Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
- Monitoring employee performance and improving customer service.
- Collecting payments and maintaining budget records.
- Welcoming and registering guests.
Hotel Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience.
