Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Fiber Optics Site Supervisor to coordinate and monitor fiber deployment operations, ensuring project standards and quality within SLA guidelines.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report all site activities
- Use fiber tools like splicing machine, OTDR machine, VFL
- Ensure project SLA, audit project delivery, manage field technicians
- Conduct quality tests on fiber optics cable, ensure materials quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology
- Previous experience in fiber optics design and implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications and IT industry standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
