Job Description
As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters within the company. This includes providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
You will also be tasked with conducting research on legal issues, representing the company in legal proceedings, and collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
