Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as an Account Officer. As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in recording them.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget variances.
- Manage accounts payables and receivables, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
